For a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge, or a purchase that was not delivered, contact support@vivariumnature.com. Include your account email, order reference, date, amount and currency. Never send a full card number or password. We will investigate payment and credit records and advise on the available remedy.
Payment channel
Web purchases are handled through Stripe. Follow any additional refund instructions on your checkout receipt, including instructions from the identified seller. Apple purchases must be handled through Apple’s purchase support. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Pending payments
If payment or credit delivery is unconfirmed, check your account and contact support before purchasing again. A redirect alone does not confirm payment.
