Information we process
We process account information such as email address, authentication and device identifiers, uploaded reference images, generated designs, credit balances, purchase references and service diagnostics to provide and secure Vivarium. The studio uses the same account service as the Vivarium app.
Service providers
Our hosting, storage, email and AI service providers process information needed to deliver these features. Stripe processes web payments and payment details under the terms and privacy information shown at checkout. We receive purchase and subscription references and payment status; card details are handled by Stripe. Processing may occur outside your country.
Cookies and storage
Secure essential cookies maintain sign-in and device continuity. Browser session storage tracks pending generation and payment requests to avoid accidental duplication. The free planning brief stays in your browser. Signing out clears sign-in cookies.
Retention and requests
Account and design data are retained to provide your saved history. Transaction and security records may be retained for legal and operational requirements. Contact support@vivariumnature.com to request access, correction or deletion. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a design.
